      Here’s How The Process Works From Apprentice
      To Professional Technicians

      You will begin your journey at A1 Garage Door as an apprentice in your local market. From there you will train with your local market manger and technicians out in the field for about 3 to 6 weeks.

      You will learn the in & outs of garage door repair, sales , and maintenance with some of the best technicians in the field. If succeed during the apprenticeship process you will you finish your training at our main warehouse in Phoenix, AZ.

      In The Final Part Of Your Training You Will Train With Our Main Warehouse In The Phoenix, AZ

      Once your apprenticeship is over you will complete your training at our headquarters in Phoenix. We will pay for your flight & accommodations so you can train with are A1 Garage Door technicians for about 3 to 4 weeks.

      During this time you will begin to build upon the skills that you have acquired during apprenticeship.

      Once you complete this process you will graduate to a junior technician. Then you will perform your duties as a technician in the market you chose to work in.
